BioCeryx’s bioinformatics capabilities lie at the cross roads of biochemistry, mathematics, computer science and engineering. Our analysis pipeline enables the quantitation of the biochemical reactions driven in the integrated microfluidic card. The software then analyzes the quantitation data to reveal the underlying biology. Finally, the biological information is interpreted to provide the user with actionable information in a matter of minutes.The bioinformatics pipeline enables true sample to answer workflow with minimal requirements on the user of the system.
